worst service ever.nothing went right from service,time,glasses that I can't use and no refund after Marlene said they would make it work. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WORKS INCLUDING STAFF THAT HIDES FROM YOU AND HANDS YOU OFF TO ANOTHER OF THE STAFF THAT STILL WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT

I got glasses for the first time and I got trifocals I have no idea how to use these glasses I've tried for a couple of months now and can't do it I've been trying to reach this Optical place over the phone and I get a busy signal who has a busy signal anymore then I come here today it says on Google that they're open their hours until 4:30 it is currently 3:30 and it's closed there's no sign on the door this is extremely frustrating as this was my only day off this week and now I have to wait a whole other week until I get in and hopefully they'll be open at that time

I had order my contacts from this company back in April. At first they told me they didn’t know what type of material to use for my contacts. I told them I have never had a problem with getting contacts from any other company. That went on for three week. In May they claim that they can call another company which had made my contacts before. I told them to give me my prescription and I will take it to them myself. They claim that they couldn’t do that, so in June they called and told me my contacts were ready, but I would have to make an appointment to be fitted for them.
