He came to the house to troubleshoot a thermostat that was not working. He left and drove around to 4 places looking for what he needed because what I had was no longer made. He thought we were going to have to wait another day but he found a solution that would work and got me fixed that evening — and for less money than he initially quoted. Would have HAT back again (but is it okay to hope I never need them?)! Larry was really really great. He was really quick and was to the point. He did a great job at service and he fixed the issue. He made the whole thing clean and left. Carlos came to our home promptly for an inspection. He did a thorough job and was very polite and friendly. He explained everything clearly and treated our home with the same care and respect as if it were his own. It’s rare to find a company that provides such outstanding customer service both in the field and behind the scenes. We truly felt like they were taking care of their own home in the way they took care of us. We highly recommend them!
Ronaldo was excellent in assessing the situation. It was a pretty straightforward fix and he scoped exactly what I was thinking. I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of. As straightforward a transaction as can be. I definitely call this company again.
I was in a bind with what appeared to be a leak in a main water supply line. Bryson showed up fairly quickly, and in 108 drgree heat was able to fix the leak. He was professional, pleasant, and efficient. Unfortunately, since this occurred on a Saturday, I ended up paying at twice what I might have expected. I am not sure why a 2.5 hour job Saturday afternoon ended up costing me $950. If it was to pay Bryson a considerable bonus for working from 2:45pm to 5pm, then i certainly hope he receives a large percentage of the $$$. But if it was to discourage desperate customers from asking for Saturday service, then It seems they don't have their customer's best interests...read full review
David and Jesse were amazing and prompt with their timing. They helped me replace a 9 year old Evap coil and made sure to answer all the questions I had. They have definitely left a positive lasting impression with their professionalism and perseverance. Will definitely choose Hat Plumbing and AC for my next maintenance and service needs!
