“Let's start with the salon itself: the vibes upon entrance are amazing high end, clean & classy; very modern Scandinavian. It's beautiful, but still so simple! The shampoo room has the most comfortable chairs with shampoo bowls that move for optimal comfort and relaxation. Ladies you know what I'm talking about there's nothing worse than getting a relaxing shampoo and head massage, but the shampoo bowl hurts your neck. My stylist is Lee Brown I've been with him for 15 years, he truly understands communication, meeting his clients needs/wishes and being realistic about expectations. He's allowed me to be just about every shade of blonde and even a few reds over the years without damaging the integrity of my hair or having to lose any length at any point. I've also seen Sami and Daniel and they've both exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! I landed on Cole and I could tell he wouldn’t be afraid to dive into my wild hair. I didn’t expect to leave with the best haircut of my entire life. So you can imagine the level of skill and knowledge they bring. They’re well known in the industry for a reason. On top of that, they were so sweet, caring, communicative, and completely upfront about all costs from the start. I had a gala to go to, and they went out of their way to fit me in and push things around, which made it difficult for them, but they made it happen for me so that I could have my hair looking good for this special occasion I have to go to.
