Erwin at Trio Hair Concepts took time to listen to what I wanted (all one length blunt cut), looked at the haircut pics I brought in, then explained the mechanics and cutting techniques that would work best to achieve that look with the growth patterns of my fine, straight hair. On my first visit, my stylist, Beth, and the owner took about 15 minutes to talk me through and fully come up with the best plan that was healthiest for my hair and would achieve my desired result. I love that I never felt rushed and I felt like the truly cared about making sure I had a great experience- amazing customer service. It turned out beautiful.
