I have very thick and long hair. (I'm from Hawaii, so you can imagine) I haven't found a place that could cut my hair and bam!!! Jennifer did such a fantastic job on my hair. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I WILL COME BACK HERE EVERY TIME. And Everyone is Absolutely WonderfulService: Haircut

I love this place. Regardless of which stylist cuts my hair, they always take great care of me, have me in and out in 15 min or less, and cut my hair the way I like it. Helps too, that they have check-in online to save your place so there's no waiting when you get there.

I asked for long layers and showed multiple reference pictures and my hairstylist did not ask any questions and would occasionally correct the phrases I used to describe the pictures (ex. face framing instead of more layers). I also did not want length cut off. She was cutting alarmingly large chunks of my hair and it was very clearly shorter afterwards - not a trim like I asked at all. Throughout the haircut it was clear she was not paying attention at all to what I was asking for as I clarified what I wanted. She was instead talking to the hairstylist next to her and I believe her son in the next chair who was getting a haircut at the same time. The layers were so choppy...read full review
