I had a poor customer service experience near closing. This location has always been my top go-to for a haircut. I'm not sure if my stylist simply had a bad day.

They were impatient and rude like a customer was a burden, frowned the entire time, and repeatedly asked a coworker for the time as if the haircut was for free. I would have left, but I stayed since I was already seated.

The haircut was okay, and I know from past visits that not all the stylists here are rude, which is why I didn’t leave a lower rating. I will probably be going somewhere else for another haircut.

Stopped in today for a quick cut as I've been really busy the last couple weeks. Had the pleasure of having Debbie cut my hair and I will say that she has an exceptional fade and a great conversation. I will be coming back next time to have Debbie cut my hair from now on. The Establishment was clean and the employees friendly. If your in the area I would suggest getting a cut here you won't be disappointed.

Best haircut i ever got
Hands down not even joking.
I just got off work and my hair was dirty she thoroughly washed / shampooed it
I could tell she didn’t rush it even despite showing up 30 mins before they close . and understood exactly what I needed done. She even took her time cleaning up my neck
Every ounce of effort she put in you can tell she really cares about her work.
I didn’t mention I was going to write her review
But she does such a great job I definitely had too. Debbie is phenomenal 10/10 💇🏻🔥‼
