After parents made an appointment to fix A/C (not cooling) I called to see if they could send someone ASAP due their age (over 80+). A friendly service person quickly came over and fixed their A/C. What fantastic service and an understanding company!!!! Thank you for taking care of the A/C and my elderly parents!!!

My second time to use Grant Air Conditioning and couldn't be more pleased. My programable thermostat screen went blank and Landon, the technician, came out and began to trouble shoot. He explained the process to me very clearly and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. While he was here, he checked all of my units for a spring checkup and I am ready for the summer. Appreciate their responsiveness and straightforward way of doing business. Hope I don't need them again soon, but if I do.....I'll be calling them.
