Let me say that Glenn Jr did an amazing job for our ac unit. We contacted them on a Friday and was prompt on Saturday to fix our issue. With the unit we had and everything that he did, he also advised next steps we should take in order for our unit to last longer. Glenn Jr we appreciate the hard work you put in. Happened to find this treasure of a business! Everyone was so accommodating and professional. Finding Glenn's Air Conditioning and Heating randomly on the internet was truly a blessing. Ms. Anja and Steven Rivera are quintessential members of Glenn's team. Ms. Anja worked diligently to answer all my questions and help me find a service appointment that was equivalent to being a "walk-in." I was told that a serviceman would arrive in 30 minutes. Steven Rivera arrived before the anticipated time and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the issue regarding the AC unit.
