I have been going to this business for 3 years now. Always experienced good customer service. From the counter and the services requested. They have been honest about any stains or issues that may be questionable for a customer.
One time I left things in some pants and they made sure they were kept upon pick up. They did call one the things was found.
Only thing I miss is they no longer to alterations. I have a pair jeans they put elastic in the bottom and I get several questions on who did them.
