I had an issue with my furnace the night of the blizzard 2026. They were open by Monday. Jaime was awesome. He helped me and got me a replacement motor ordered and delivered days before expected. Professional and courteous. Im glad Jaime is there to help when needed.

Absolutely ridiculous return policy. I know their return policy is 30 days, but I called and asked if I could return some supply grills that I purchased less than 90 days ago. I was told "sure, no problem" over the phone ( I did not get a name of the employee).
When I returned to the store they initially didn't want to take them back, but very reluctantly agreed, charging 15% restock per item!!
Last time I purchase from them.

With the nationwide shortage of A2L refrigerants, Fissco chooses to only sell R454b to contractors if you purchase a system. Utterly ridiculous. I can take my business elsewhere.

I hate to give 1 star but this is the only Fissco Supply store that doesn’t answer their phone calls and when u walk-in you will see employee just chilling on computer. Very poorly managed location. Hopefully owner find out why this location not making much. I would highly recommend to avoid this location to save your time and just go else where they also have no inventory to help u with. Just go to different Fissco supply.
