Finishing Touches Remodeling is a high-quality contractor and construction project management team that is professional, responsive, and reliable. Clients have had great experiences with them, and many have worked with the team on several projects over the years. The team is described as honest, hard-working, and easy to communicate with. Blake is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as a resource for investment properties. He is communicative, clearly knows what he is talking about, and specializes in working with investors. Although he was not able to handle one plumbing job, he provided fantastic advice and put the client in touch with others he could vouch for. He always makes clients feel like their contracting needs are a priority, no matter how big or small. The team handles major projects, including complete makeovers completed in less than 2 months. Project managers like Lester and Seth are extremely communicative and prompt. The whole team is easy to get ahold of and very responsive. They stay professional, persistent, and diligent, pushing through every hurdle with the municipality until it is right and approved. They also use video recorded walkthroughs to reduce misunderstandings, and provide weekly status updates and close-out project summary packages. Clients look forward to working with Finishing Touches Remodeling again and will certainly use them for future projects.
Unfortunately, Blake was not able to handle my under-the-house plumbing job because they do it a little differently. But, what he did provide me was a fantastic ear to field my questions and give me advice, which can sometimes be even more valuable. David vs. Goliath. That’s the best way to describe our remodel and how Blake and team showed up for me.
This was a major project: every surface in the house was made new. The kitchen was completely reimagined; sink moved to the island, a window removed, layout reworked to maximize every inch of space. Both bathrooms were fully redone, and one of them literally wasn’t functional before. You had to snake through a narrow path just to get in. Now it feels like it was always meant to be that way.

Whether you’re an experienced real estate investor or you’re a newbie, you will find out that a lot of things can (and will!!) go wrong, particularly with “flipping” houses. When it comes to the renovations, if you’re not performing/overseeing the work yourself, then it is critical that you work with a high-quality contractor/construction project management team that is professional, responsive, and reliable.
