I’m literally crying after leaving Cache nails right now. I’ve gone several time before this but I will not be going back ever again. The man who did my nails cut me several times with the buffer tool and one of the cuts is so bad I’m going to need to keep a Band-Aid on for the next few days. The girl who did my toes was extremely rough and rude. She hurt me several times and noticed it. She would apologize, but then we continue to hurt me. They also charge me five extra dollars just to file my fingernails down into a shape when I didn’t agree on it it was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. So disappointed! AND my nails look horrible!

I came in for 2 pedicures, 1 nail extensions and a manicure for my friend. The staff is really sweet and takes their time with you, which I appreciated.
I asked for double chrome line French tips for my birthday nails - $85 set. They did the design, but the chrome started lifting the same day. I went back the next day to get them fixed since these were for my birthday. They were happy to help and offered to switch to cat eye with the same design. I agreed, but the result looked unfinished, and I suspect a cheaper cat eye gel was used since it was a free fix. When I asked the same tech to adjust it, he brushed me off saying he had another appointment, so I left.
I couldn't live with the nails so I called again - 3rd visit total. Violet fixed them and WOW, she gave me exactly what I wanted. They're perfect now. I don't know the first tech's name, but you can see the difference: first 3 pics are his work (1st pic is the initial visit, 2nd & 3rd pics are from the visit where he “tried” to fix them); last 2 are Violet's.
Shoutout to Violet for saving my birthday nails, and they didn't charge for the fixes. Mixed experience, but Violet is a 10/10.

Called and asked if they’re busy, they said there’s no wait. Showed up 10 min later and just wanted a basic manicure (no dip/gel, and my nails had nothing on them.) He seated me, and I sat there for over 20 min. When he walked by I asked if he knew how much longer, and he said 20 more min and brushed me off. I left.

Amazing nail shop!!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No matter how late you come in to closing they never rush. Violet did my nails! She was amazing and took time to perfect my nails!

I was in Fort Worth for the week and my grand daughter and I came here. She got a gel tips and I got a much needed pedicure. I will make this a stop each time I visit. No wait, very clean, good price and attentive service.
