The best staff and experience of any of my specialists that I see. Staff is knowledgeable and on top of any new information out there. They never wait for an issue to become a problem, rather they are proactive in their approach to care. From Dr.Plott to PA Kerbi Elsenbroek to the nurses and staff it's a professional, caring approach to your dermatology needs.
I was 15 mins early as requested. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins before taken back where I sat for another 10 min. I was actually seen for about 10 mins. I was there approximately 90 min total for a 10 min visit. This seems to be the norm unfortunately. I have no problem with the personnel, but my time is valuable as well.
Very good experience, friendly staff, clean office. Kerbi is excellent, she found basil cell cancer within my hairline.
Today I had a chemical peel with Lindsey, she is very knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Epiphany!!
