I was 15 mins early as requested. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins before taken back where I sat for another 10 min. I was actually seen for about 10 mins. I was there approximately 90 min total for a 10 min visit. This seems to be the norm unfortunately. I have no problem with the personnel, but my time is valuable as well.
Very good experience, friendly staff, clean office. Kerbi is excellent, she found basil cell cancer within my hairline.
Today I had a chemical peel with Lindsey, she is very knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Epiphany!!
The entire staff is wonderful!! Front desk is quick and helpful, nurses are on top of their game and the doctors (especially Kirby) have incredible bedside manner and don’t make you book unnecessary future appointments for things you can have done same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
