These people are horrible! Prices don’t align with their sign on shop windows. When I asked they said they couldn’t afford to change window signs. Prices were double what was advertised. When asked to speak to manager I was told she was taking a nap. Unprofessional! I asked to receive a call. No call and it’s been a couple of weeks. Clearly my business not valued.Service: Laundry wash & fold

NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE THIS BUSINESS! Had my BRAND NEW dress dropped off to get cleaned after I accidentally slightly stained it while trying it on. When I brought it to the owners attention, "she claimed that she doesn't see anything wrong and no one would notice. It probably happened when I had it altered in the shoulders." HOW!!! Dress was brand new with the tags still on it.

I came here after a bad experience by 820. I think all supercenters are quantity focused rather than quality. I see them doing so many clothes with ok service. I like the morning people better than afternoon, but the afternoon is when the clothes are usually ready. Better to come the next day in the morning
