Staff is friendly but I asked for heavy starch on my jeans and shirts and when I got my shirts and jeans there was no starch at all it was like if they ironed not even starch this is very unacceptable

The quality of their work is inconsistent. Some days, it's spot on. However, some days my clothes smell like mildew. Other times, my clothes aren't ready for several days.

I have taken my jeans there a few times in the past and the creases have been a little off or too high in to the pockets but this last time they overheated them so much that the wrangler tag on the back actually shrunk and they popped one of my belt loops somehow.
