Today I was given a tour of the Much Anticipated David physiotherapy High Tech equipment all the way from Finland no less. I was thrilled that The Wellness Center accepted my new insurance policy and eagerly booked appointments for my teenage daughter and myself to get our annual insurance-paid physicals. My daughter complained of a sore back so they recommended she see the PT. "I was told it would cost $75 for a half-hour session (self-pay fee), which I paid, for two sessions. Then I get a bill for hundreds of dollars, including an appointment I never went to, a charge for the annual physical, and hundreds of dollars for the PT. Previously left a 3 star review because we had a good experience when we were actually receiving services. Updated to one star after the current headache they have become. After every visit, we were told "you're all good, insurance paid for everything!" Until last month when we got hit with a $200+ bill for services done more than a year ago. I called and complained but figured it wasn't worth $200 to deal with fighting so I just paid it. I was reassured after that my account was all paid for. And then surprise, we got another bill in the mail last week! The office girl, Amanda, tried to explain how it wasn't their fault and there was nothing... read full review
