Second time to use DFW Fence Contractor. Good, fast, accurate work. I'll have more for them later.

DFW Fence Contractors has definitely earned the a 10 stars review. I worked with Stacey from the sales team and Mallory from the back office. He came out and provided great options and really helped me understand the process and truly the quality of the installation. Even after the papers signed and deposit in, let me know he was able to give me a free upgrade to postmaster posts that truly make the look and feel of the end product 10 times better as they are all covered. I received 5 different company fence quotes and technically DFW fence was a little more, however when doing a comparison the materials they were using, plus they had a fully complete quote they showed they knew what they were doing. (Some were not going to replace the 35 year old wood retaining wall that is needed with the pool, but just going to use the fence to try to keep it contained, however DFW fence was not cutting that corner as an example) they also put the posts in 32-36” inches of concrete where others were only going to go down 24”. The team was very clear on communicating the steps and expectations all along the way. They did initially run into a couple road bumps getting the initial team out for the installation due to car troubles but just kept clear communication to let us know what to expect and when they could come out. It took two days to pull out and put in the new fence but the wait was worth it! They were very attentive to every detail and making sure the fence looked fantastic and will last for a long time! Haven’t seen a better looking fence in any of the surrounding areas!
