From the first step of the process it was a great experience. The person who handles their appointments is amazing! She was friendly and really cares about getting you taken care of. I will be recommending DTM to everyone! Thank you for taking care of us so quickly in the middle of the winter apocalypse.
Called DTM this morning when my neighbor Isaac recommended them. The lady I spoke with was so nice and friendly. Felt like I already knew her. Very professional and caring. Sent out Josh to service my AC. Josh was very friendly and professional. Repaired the AC issue quickly. Checked out the unit thoroughly. It’s really nice to find a great honest company. Will recommend to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks a lot.
I simply don’t know where to start when it comes to a rating this company and for me that’s extremely rare trust me…
Literally from the git go to my first contact and the end result I was overwhelmed with the customer service, responsiveness and how they made me feel i was a priority.
The technician onsite had more tools and diagnostic equipment it was amazing.
No frills, just the facts… he showed me every part that failed and dis not attempt to upsell me on absolutely anything other than what it took to repair my failed components
