Dr. Nelson and her team came to us by way of my own dentist we met for a consultation a lot of questions came up in time we’ve got to ask them, we were allowed the time to process this information .
They were very detailed of what the process would be like and what our financial situation would be like as well, once we got those issues addressed we proceeded to make my appointment and this was my first dental surgery in quite some time so I was a little nervous anyway she went out of her way and her team as well to make us comfortable once the surgery was over that weekend I had developed a type of clot on my gum line which I made contact on Friday night with Dr.Nelson she explained how normal that is for some people she asked us if we wanted to come in on a Saturday which she had to come in for so I really appreciate that she offered that. I am very impressed with her credentials her history and her contribution’s in this area, this is the god honest truth of my experience with Dr. Nelson and her team .👏🏼😌

Dr. Shelby Nelson-DeMayo was absolutely fabulous! From my very first visit, she was warm and welcoming. She was patient, and took the time to thoroughly educate me about every step of my treatment. She worked closely with my dentist to come up with the best plan of care for me. She genuinely cares about her patients and always made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. What impressed me most was her accessibility and compassion—she encouraged me to call anytime with questions or concerns, which provided tremendous peace of mind throughout the process. I had two dental implants placed, and to my amazement, I never felt a thing! Dr. Nelson’s skill, professionalism, and gentle approach made what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. I cannot recommend Dr Nelson highly enough. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable , caring and exceptionally talented periodontist, look No further, she is the best.
