I had someone take care of me on Wednesday when I went there to donate plasma and her name was quantum I may have that spelled wrong I just know it started with a q quantum she was really good she did such a good job I didn't even feel the needle going my arm came back several times and checked on me super nice lady super nice I think she's like a supervisor she's an African-American lady super nice to was very professional and did a good job this was on Wednesday morning she did a great job and I just wanted to put this review out there and I want I want the people there to know how great she is and she definitely deserves a raise but she really took good care of me and I didn't even feel the needles on my arm and a lot of times it hurts but not with her and that was her putting it in his scar tissue and it still didn't hurt great job I have so much respect for her

Today is the 1st time in a while and they're moving like clockwork can't wait to see how long it'll take...MeMe you're a God send .they have the best new donor fees around..new everything an it's a positive experience..so far

I have to say that this location is one of the best plasma centers in the DFW area. I recently donated, and my experience was spectacular. I read many reviews about the wait time. However, it is part of the process. The first donate is always the longest one. It does seem like the center is pretty busy, but the employees are friendly and seem to be working hard. Staff made me feel welcomed and even got to speak to the center's manager, Jenny. She was helping her troops on the donor floor. That's is true leadership. A leader who is willing to leave their office to help out and work alongside their troops demonstrates great leadership. I'll definitely be sending my family...read full review
