Jasmine Avery was one of the most competent, capable, and professional individuals I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with across any industry. She was polite, empathetic, and caring. She made me feel like I was not just another case, but rather her most important client. There was some delays in communication occasionally, as is typical, but I never felt neglected. This law firm is a joke as a father I fail to see how they can call themselves a law firm for dads. What an actual joke I’d be embarrassed to work for this firm. My lawyer showed up 2.5 hours late to my mediation and still charged me for the time. They do not reply to ANYTHING in a timely manner. They fired my attorney and for months gave me NOTHING by way of updates. Then the new attorney randomly emails me with a garbage answer about why my case was not closed 4 months after the court finalized the orders!! They failed to explain why I have an additional 1000 dollars in fees. Today ON CHRISTMAS EVE, this joke of a firm tried to charge my card without my consent. Then they send a threatening email to follow up. This firm has been a living nightmare on top of dealing with a crazy ex wife my life has been so much worse off having chosen this firm. Not all lawyers are liars but it’s always the lawyers that are lying. Choose a different firm!!! or have AI do the job. This one is a waste of time

The Fort Worth office specifically is staffed by a team who talks to Dads and Veterans in condescending language, and when I ask for a different lawyer (even with less experience) who would listen and communicate with me (a Dad and Veteran) they just quit on me and refused to help! After months of refusing to listen or respond; they are NOT who they advertised to be! I have examples how they talk to clients for anyone…

If you look below, that was the Google review three days into my relationship with this law firm. I was asked to do this by my attorney and at the time I was happy to do it! Let's just say...With the approach and follow through this law firm offers their clients, I see why doing Google reviews day three instead of at the end (Nothing to do with Winning or loosing, nothing is guaranteed) of the case is vital to their "Reputation".Oh..And if you have an issue other than billing, good luck getting someone interested enough to call you, and when they finally do...6 months later..You can tell it's someone trained not to resolve issues but to bull dog you! And to argue. Just awful.On the bright side, it was the only time I ever saw somone follow through and actually get passionate! To bad I only saw that side when again, they were trying to collect money for something they didn't do. More details to follow! And no worries my attorney no longer works there.I was referred to Kamryn Caldwell by a friend of mine and I have not been disappointed! Kamryn has done a great job of listening and has given me very good counsel. She is very passionate on fathers rights, but respectful on how she goes about it.

My attorney with Cordell was outstanding. Her knowledge of the law was outstanding, but most important, her knowledge of the judge was incredibly helpful. She laid out a plan for our case and advised me throughout the process as to what to expect. It is because of my attorney Tiffany that I was awarded primary custody of my daughter. Divorce is a long, expensive and emotionally difficult process, especially for fathers who are fighting just to see their children. I think the other Cordell reviews I have seen reflect the frustration that accompanies the process. And yes, good representation costs money. But given the results, I am eternally grateful for my attorney.
