Now that they have phone lines to your local office, the holding times arent as long. The website isnt the best or most user friendly but otherwise i have enjoyed using lifestance for the past year. Emily is an amazing clinician and has been a great help!

Ms. Sheila Gwin-Johnson, PMHNP was / is excellent. She actively and reflectively (that a word) listens. She is patient. There is back to back beneficial interaction. There is a plan with options as applicable. Works and working.

I went to LifeStance as a NEW PATIENT TODAY...I saw Shelia Quin-Jackson....and when I say she was so Wonderful in making me feel totally comfortable and listened thoroughly!!! Felt like I was the PRIORITY and I know she has other clients??
Nurse Shelia made sure I understand and took her time explaining everything to me!!!
Talk about a Great Place...give them a try...Oh and let me say Ayleen the Office Clerk...was amazing also.
