Coach Mike is awesome! He pushes you to be the best version of yourself and have been enjoying to CrossFit. If you want a gym that is challenging but very rewarding this would be it!
Compound Athletics was an amazing gym to be a part of while I was in Fort Worth. Great facility, amazing coaches, and a great community to be a part of! The training program includes everything for everyone; included strength, cardio, etc and I truly felt like I improve in all aspects of my health. 100% recommended!
I've been a member of this gym since inception with no plans of leaving anytime soon. Very clean with updated equipment and a great space. Excellent coaching for anyone of any age. Highly recommend!
