You should absolutely hire CKA Home Inspections! Chris has completed two inspections for homes we considered purchasing. He was responsive, thorough, and prompt! Both times, we had the report in our hands within hours. He was specific and clear about areas that caused concern, and took the time to review the report with us and answer any questions.
