I had to bring my cat in for urgent care because our regular vet was booked up and his eye was closed shut. And worse, I was busy at work and had to send my dad. Not only did this crew get me in for a walk-in in non-standard hours, but they helped my lost dad find them, then tended to my cat right away to ease my dad's anxiety. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They called me to talk through treatment options before doing anything and we agreed upon a tiered approach based on the cat's response. I could not be more thankful or relieved for this facility, even if we had to drive from Decatur.

Our Tex got a wood chip lodged into the roof of his mouth. He had to be sedated to get it removed. CityVet Alliance were great. They helped us efficiently and were kind and professional through the whole process. Our boy is home and happy again. Thank you.

Moved and been meaning to change vets - fast forward to my dog acting weird and more aggressive- old vet over booked and had my eye on city vet so I called them and they booked me same day within an hour of calling - very nice and affordable I was fearing the worst but left with a $126 bill including meds for a pulled neck muscle. As someone over 30yrs old i could feel for my 8 year old pup.

I’ve been meaning to review this place for a while now. We first brought our cat, Liz, last year. We thought she had idiopathic feline cystitis, but it turns out it was likely a blood clot. Every visit was great. Each time, the Vet explained what we were looking at and what the potential issues were. Thankfully, after time, her symptoms subsided.
About a month ago, my husband brought home a new puppy from the Fort Worth pound. Jojo came home with all sorts of issues… bacterial infection, which caused respiratory issues, hookworms… and that’s just the start. We’re thinking he has other issues, but we’re working on his respiratory issues before we continue testing. We’ve been in this office four times, and have had many text and phone conversations, and again, each time it was a great experience.
Right now, we’re on some more antibiotics and cough medicine. I’m hopeful that this round will clear Jojo up. At our worst visit, JoJo wasn’t eating, and all he did was lay around all day. It was awful… Very sad. I’m thankful for the staff here. He’s doing much, much better.
Anyway, everyone that I’ve dealt with here, front office staff, and the Vet Techs the Vets, in office, phone, and text.. everyone has been fabulous. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

I would give them 10/5 stars if I could! As soon as I showed up I was greeted by a fantastic team who helped my older dog feel safe and comfortable. Their facility was one of the cleanest I've been too and the entire staff was tentative and made us feel welcome. The vet herself was amazing and we received a gift bag and even a follow up card with a personalized dog tag. I have recommended my friends and family to come here. Thank you all! We will be bringing our dogs here from now on 😊

I've seen 2 different doctors here and eveytime I come here them and their staff are very welcoming and down to earth. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog here as I know they have me and my dogs best interest in mind. They explain everything clearly for you to understand and welcome any question that you may have. I love it here!
