I'm Tom's wife, Carrie. I will testify that Tom is 100% dedicated to his love of rugs. He will treat yours as though it were his. He will be the person cleaning your rugs. Some rugs have smells and stains so bad he has to wash them 5-6 times to remove what has been in them, sometimes for years. The smell can be pretty strong, from food, drinks, animals, and people. Sometimes, it makes take a while to get your rugs back home, but he will not cheat you and do a shotty job. He takes pride in his work.
