Brad Anderson had done a ton of replacement roofs in our area after a hail storm. We had been working with our insurance adjuster and called Brad to help us make sure we got everything we needed to have an excellent new roof. The adjuster was busy and missed a ton of things that Brad immediately caught, missed vents and a turret feature that took extra work to hand cut the tiles to go around the turret. Item after item were approved as the insurance payments came in. We had also had a problem in heavy rain where it would overwhelm the gutters in one area. We’ve known Brad for 20+ years and he has always been more than responsive on issues involving our tile roof. Best roofer in the area. He did a great job on my mom’s roof and used the best materials. He is super friendly and always returns calls and texts in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs, you won’t be sorry.
