If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Lovely environment and the staff is so polite! I came in for an extended blowout because my hair is long and pretty thick. Immediately got offered a beverage and I chose a mimosa that was brought out on a tray with a beautiful flower and some chocolate. Nicole made me feel very comfortable during the whole process while educating me with any questions I had about my hair care (which was A LOT!!) She told me about their monthly membership and I was sold immediately because I dread doing my hair! I can’t wait to try a new style for my next hair care day:)
I'm a bride on a budget and I got my hair styled and makeup done here! To be fair, the trial makeup appointment was not quite right, but they took my notes and on my wedding day I felt so confident. I had a pretty natural makeup look (not full glam) and a curly braided updo. Definitely coming back to Blo for special events in the future.
I had Jessica and she was great. She was so nice, I loved the head massage. She knew exactly how to go about handling my hair with little direction which my mixed hair appreciated because it can be difficult to manage.
