My friends weren't home when Bice first tried to deliver and Bice called me to tell me so we could figure out an alternate plan. My friends received the flowers later in the day and loved them!
Amazing service and results! My friend was blown away! Will buy here again!---2/15/24. This place is SO awesome! Their customer service and understanding is by far the best out there! There was an unfortunate hiccup with my delivery yesterday, and not only did they listen, they investigated to the fullest, and got another order out there fast. Like within an hour! All so I could surprise my hubby on Valentine's! They are amazing! I will continue to buy from them for life! Thank you Bices for making a way to still provide my hubby a great Valentine's because of your customer service! Excellent!!
