The staff at BSWH are all so welcoming and make you feel like family. From the receptionist to the lab techs, and the Doctors/PAs, they listen to your concerns about your health and emotional issues you are presently dealing with, and patiently address your concerns. They're the best.

If you're looking for a new Dr please go see Dr. Caroline Woodland. I have been going to her about 5 yrs and she is the absolute BEST!!!! Dr. W takes her time, doesn't rush, listens to you, goes over all of your meds and is just an awesome Dr all around. I have 6-7 people/friends that I know that go to her and they all love her as well. A++++++++++ Dr and service, and very nice Dr office and fast service... you won't be disappointed,. So, please go give Dr Woodland a try... you will love her just as much as I do!

Everyone was very nice from the front desk lady named Bianca to the nurse practitioner Dorthy Osborne to the MA Jessica. Went in to establish care and NP Osborne was very nice listened to everything I wanted to get taken care of. Established a plan and the appointment went smooth and was able to get everything answered.
