Called this service because of a fraudulent inquiry on my credit was placed on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell me wait for the bank to refund the payment. Payment for what ? They don’t even know what a credit inquiry is then once I explained what it was they said to maybe call the dealership because “they don’t do that”. How would I call a dealership and this inquiry is fraud I know nothing of it . 0/10 customer service

They will ruin your credit and tell you they don't have your information when they are listed as the very company producing the hard inquiry. Speaking with someone there leads to a irritating circle of them not speaking to the issue and not assisting in something they created. Deceit is there calling card. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THEIR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES NOR DIRECTLY, unless you want uncertainty and discord for assistance.
