THIS COMPANY SUCK AND ARE NOT HELPFULL AT ALL, I NEED A DOCUMENT TO SHOW THAT AMERICREDIT FINANCIAL AND AMERICREDIT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. IS ONE IN THE SAME. I HAVE CALLED OVER AND OVER AND THEY ARE IDIOTS, THATS ALL I NEED AND THEY WANT ME TO PROVIDE MY SS # I DON'T HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH THEM.
They have their heads stuck so far up their own rear-ends that they can't understand that not all businesses work exactly the same way... steer clear because they will lie and tell your dealer that you're approved, then take it away when the company you work for doesn't fall into their parameters of only how they think a company should be like...
Called this service because of a fraudulent inquiry on my credit was placed on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell me wait for the bank to refund the payment. Payment for what ? They don’t even know what a credit inquiry is then once I explained what it was they said to maybe call the dealership because “they don’t do that”. How would I call a dealership and this inquiry is fraud I know nothing of it . 0/10 customer service
