My stylist was very sweet and professional however I don’t think I’ll be returning to ALS due to them not telling you upfront about extra fee to book with a master stylist. My total went from 100 even to 138 because they didn’t give me any upgrade information upfront. If I had known only “master stylist” worked there I wouldn’t have even booked the appointment. Seems very fishy and scam like.
Never had a bad experience been going there for a year some of the stylists are better than others but I think every now and then I just get new people because I’m not very consistent. Becky is the absolute freaking best! I love how convenient it is and how flexible they are with me if I have to move an appointment. Everything is always very clean and professional. I get my lashes and a brow, tint and wax Usually, and with my membership It’s definitely not the cheapest but I think that you get what you pay for! I might be able to find someone cheaper, sure, But this consistency, flexibility and quality and location is hard to top.

First, I want to emphasize that my stylist was kind and genuine, and I appreciated her as a person. However, I felt the service was rushed—especially during the lash lift. Afterward, there was lash tint and glue left on my eyes to the point where I struggled to open them and had to ask for it to be removed. Unfortunately, the lift itself is really not noticeable, which is not usually the case for amazing lash studio.
