I've put up with the cigarette smell and very grumpy elderly lady that is there for a long time but this last issue has earned this review. I took my jacket, letterman style, in to be dry cleaned and even verified with them it was "dry clean only." When my wife went to pick up, it was with a group of items we had dry cleaned so she didn't notice until giving back to me that the leather sleeves were completely destroyed. Same day service Monday-Friday if you get it in before 10. Otherwise it’s the next day. They are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate customers. Plus they do a really good job.
A Westside fixture in Fort Worth. This family owned business has handled my dry cleaning for over a decade. The staff is friendly, courteous, and prompt. If you take your clothes there with any regularity, they soon learn your name, and it's always pleasant to be greeted by name in any commercial establishment, (since very few bother to do so anymore.) Yes, it is slightly more expensive than some of the other "chain" dry cleaning establishments on the West Side, (just as a hamburger at a nice restaurant like, say, Charleston's - see my review about them on their Yelp page - is more expensive than one you can purchase at Wendy's or Burger King)... read full review
