I must admit that I am unusually impressed by Miss Alice and her team at Adair Eyewear. I can be very picky and they took great care of me. If fact they went above and beyond and treated me with tremendous professionalism and high character. I purchase 2 frames and one of the two frames failed to be perfect from my point of view. There was nothing really wrong but they perceived that I was less than pleased. Miss Alice stepped up, went beyond what was expected and graciously order a brand new (more expensive)frame. She simply wanted to please me. And she did. No charge, no games, no excuses. High character!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had time to adjust to my new frames and prescription, and everything has been great. Robert was awesome in showing me the selection of styles and took the time to really make sure I ended up with something I loved. Additionally, the rest of the staff was always attentive, and I sincerely appreciate the birthday wishes! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Alyce and her team knew exactly what I was looking for, marched me straight into the Cartier room and had me set up in less than 30 minutes. Nailed it and is an expert at what they do. She even offered a savings plan for my next sunglasses fit with my prescription!! I can’t wait!!
