Woke up to a warm house, a frozen unit in my attic and water dripping through my son’s ceiling. Dylan had Brian over at my house just a few hours after I called him and added some Freon to get me back online and clearly laid out a sensible plan to keep it running and when it might be time to replace the unit with no pressure to do it right away. Great customer service.

I've been using this company for at least 2 years now, I think. I have no worries that the assessments of my HVAC units will be sub-standard. I very much enjoy Johnny, whom I believe is the main technician. He is very professional and easy to talk to. I trust his judgment. Dylan Lemons got me scheduled in right away, which was sooo appreciated. On the day of removal and install, two polite men came and did their job, didn't bother me, were quiet and professional. I was relieved they focused on their job, got it done and didn't leave a mess behind them.
