I am a retired grandmother. I was traveling from Tucson, AZ to Killeen, TX. My vehicle became disabled about 10 minutes outside of Fort Stockton. Affordable Towing was sent out and managed to find me, despite being given erroneous directions by Roadside Assistance. Rose continually called me to make sure I still needed a tow. She was super helpful in sharing my location. I am not tech savvy. Andres found me and was so professional. I had two special needs grandchildren with me...he told us to wait in his truck while he hooked up my vehicle so that we were not standing on the side of the freeway.
