Went here for a haircut today, asked for a beard and moustache tidy up and a sides and back trim, gentleman took me in his chair and proceeded to cut half of my moustache off and leave me with long wispy hairs on the side of my face, my hair cut isn’t bad but he cut way to close to the top where I have a perm, and now I have no curls at the back of my head, just flat short hair, I am so disappointed, and to top it of he reminded me to tip him, so not only did I get the worst haircut butchering in my life I had to tip for the pleasure, I was to angry to say anything in the shop as I didn’t want to create a scene, the more I think about it the worse it looks, I don’t understand why he has taken half my mustache off, I never asked for that and was unable to watch him cut as I was not facing the morrow, he just kept spinning round in the chair at every possible angle not facing a mirror, I would give -stars if I could, would not recommend going here, very disappointed angry, as you can see from the photo it’s not even straight, poor service, poor quality of cut, poor experience

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Over charged and they tried to give me store credit for a lessor amount. Cashier error and informed me they need to watch cameras. Military sewing in Killeen has everything you need and better attitudes.

This was my regular barber shop for the past couple years but the prices itself I can’t stand. I showed up and got a ticket and sat down just to find out they aren’t using it. Now it’s the system of looking at each other and trying to play the “were you first or me?” game. I know it seems petty but I just want to stare at my phone mindlessly waiting to hear my number and not have to constantly pay attention to the customer throughput. I don’t have any complaints about the barbers themselves. Just be clear about what you want and pay attention to make sure they don’t go off on their own FTX on you.

Ms. Nit always does a fantastic job cutting my hair. She takes her time, and knows exactly how I like my haircut. She is always friendly, and makes sure I’m satisfied with her work. 5 Stars always!!!!

They skip people in line and service people they recognize first, honestly don’t even know if she charged them. Saw 2 people that came after me get serviced without a number being called. NEVER coming back here again. STICK TO CALLING NUMBERS.
