If you’re a Veteran, don’t bother taking your civilian clothes here for alterations! Apparently since they’ve moved, they no longer do “civilian” services. I’ve been to this location twice to get a half a dozen pairs of pants altered and have been turned away both times. The first time was because they were moving and now that they’re settled at a larger facility across the street, apparently they aren’t doing civilian alterations. I guess they don’t want the business.
It’s has been a while since I went to this alterations shop. The person who worked there was very rude. She treated the soldiers in front of us like they were not even paying customers. Absolutely horrible experience. This person should be fired asap. I hope this unfriendly woman is gone so I can finally go back. I want to give positive feedback but I honestly gave nothing positive to say about this place.
This place close earlier then the time they are supposed to close closing a hour early is crazy and
this is wrong I just wanted to pick up my name tapes and couldn’t even pick them up
