“hello everybody, I just want to say that the Petra family dental they are the greatest fantastic well-patient. they listen to you as you walk into their office and see what can they help you with. make you comfortable so you don't have to be nervous. like when you go to a doctor's office and especially a dental office that you know they're going to use a hammer and a chisel. no no no. I'm only kidding. they make you feel like a family, a member of the family. unfortunately, you know they they make you understand that you're in a family dental office that you not in a stranger office place that you can. just waiting for your turn show you the the the x-rays of my goodness. the machines are new when compared to the ones that used to be many years ago. I really appreciate the ladies in the front desk. all three ladies they were fantastic and very cheerful and very happy to see me. so please find out, just go and get yourself! check your teeth for cleaning for cavities prevent cavities you know, just brush your teeth! flush your teeth and just go every 3 months or every 6 months or depends of how much pop coffee in a food you eat. and if you don't floss or or clean your teeth then then you can't not. then you can visit them and get your teeth cleaned or cap or put a bridge on your teeth or put some gold teeth and your mold. or you have a great feeling with gold. yay! so but other than that please are fantastic. the doctor and the bag Dr. Guerrero and he's the employers. oh God they are just out of this world so please ladies and gentlemen if you read this please give them a try. don't be afraid they're fantastic. they talk to you like you're a member of the family so please and don't forget to post it okay thank you“

It is me again! We’ve been with Dental Ark for almost 7 years.
It shows that they are under new management and are pushed to upsell.
They try to change you for cleanings that you’ve been doing for 7 years with the save plan. (They resolved it and will reverse the charge)
One hygienist will say be careful that’s looking like it might turn into a cavity and then the Dentist comes in and says it’s needed.
Recommendation if you’re trying to upsell, have the conversation away from your patients. Some of these kids are very intelligent and understand what you’re saying.
Again you guys are super sweet and great, but the pressure you’re under to upsell is very unsettling.
I will leave my five stars because the people there are great but who ever is not managing the place is ruining a good thing.“
