Love this place, if you don’t get the MVP you’re wrong

$25 MVP service and left feeling like a bench warmer for the other team. I should have gotten a shampoo and a hot towel without haveing to beg. So I just left with a very expensive mediocre haircut.

Stylist was great! Knowledgeable on her products and I would definitely return and request her again.

I started with extremely long hair. Now I’m buzz cut and they made sure that it was a good experience in giving me a new look. Helped with which products to use for a beard to help grow it better.

I had an uncomfortable experience during my visit. The stylist who assisted us seemed uninterested and did not greet us with a smile. She was an African American. When we explained what we wanted, she repeatedly asked the same questions, which made the interaction frustrating. She seemed as if we had to speak her salon code or something. We have been cutting our hair over 30 years and never been in this position.

I also asked about her experience, and although she mentioned having 15 years in the field, her tone came across as dismissive. At that point, rather than responding negatively, I chose to step away and sit down to keep the situation from escalating.

As someone who values kindness and professionalism, I believe customer service is just as important as skills and experience. I hope there can be more focus on communication and creating a welcoming environment for all clients.

This is the best SportClips in DFW.Khendall is very good and nice .She had done my haircut 2x already.
