I went in with an appointment to get a wash, cut and blow dry so I wouldn’t have to worry about it over the weekend. As I sat down in the chair, I reminded the stylist that I wanted my hair washed. She started right in on cutting my hair. I figured maybe she cuts it first before the wash. As she cut, she used the flat iron on it. I didn’t realize that she wasn’t going to wash it when she was putting product in my hair. I was charged for the cut and blow styling. My biggest frustration is that I ended up paying for a style but I will need to wash it and restyle it in the morning..

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Worst haircut. She literally shaved my head. Then argued with me about it. Saying that’s what I asked for. I wish I could sue.

I got a bad hair cut Saturday at another place and went on line Sunday and booked a time .Xochitl fixed my hair so happy.! I will for sure be back to see her! Thank you Xochitl
