I went in with an appointment to get a wash, cut and blow dry so I wouldn’t have to worry about it over the weekend. As I sat down in the chair, I reminded the stylist that I wanted my hair washed. She started right in on cutting my hair. I figured maybe she cuts it first before the wash. As she cut, she used the flat iron on it. I didn’t realize that she wasn’t going to wash it when she was putting product in my hair. I was charged for the cut and blow styling.
My biggest frustration is that I ended up paying for a style but I will need to wash it and restyle it in the morning..

She did a good job on the cut and I will go back for a cut only.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Worst haircut. She literally shaved my head. Then argued with me about it. Saying that’s what I asked for. I wish I could sue.

I got a bad hair cut Saturday at another place and went on line Sunday and booked a time .Xochitl fixed my hair so happy.! I will for sure be back to see her!
