I had the best experience with Dr. Mayo! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me feel better. She took the time to explain my spinal issues in detail and gave me great advice on how to manage them.
The adjustment itself was amazing—she worked on my neck, back, and even stretched out my hip, and I walked out feeling so much lighter and better than when I came in. I honestly don’t know what magic she worked, but I already feel a huge improvement after just one session!

She takes her time explaining everything that she is doing, what causes pain, and most importantly relieves it.
