Don't even know where to begin. When I scheduled my son's appointment they told me they accepted my insurance (BCBS Federal). Here I am almost 5 months later and I get a bill BARELY now for almost $ 500 for simple cleaning, xray and couple of sealants. I have asked them multiple times to send me an itemized bill that shows what they billed my insurance and what they charged me and after multiple attempts they still haven't done so. I've never, ever in my life paid more than a $100 anywhere else with my insurance for this type of treatment. They're hiding something because it shouldn't take weeks to send an itemized bill after your patient asks. I took my son to another dentist and had pretty much the same work done and all we had to pay was $50

I had an amazing experience at Ideal Dental Forney! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude. The staff made me feel comfortable, and they worked incredibly fast without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about my treatment. It’s hard to find a dental office that combines efficiency with excellent customer service, but they definitely do. Arilee and the dentist and staff saved my weekend! I had two front crowns put on at another office on Friday afternoon and Friday night they fell off! They were closed on Saturday. So I had no front teeth :-( but they said come on in we’ll help you even though you didn’t get the work done here. So helpful and saved me from going through the weekend toothless and allowed me to get back to work! So grateful for these guys.
