I love Dr Morrison and all of the staff there. They are all so sweet. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I've always been afraid of the dentist but since I've been going here it's so much better.

Made first appointment but had to cancel because of back injury. Was told a fee would be done if next appointment was cancelled , and blackmail by the receptionist. Thank God I told them to permanently cancel ALL appointments. Very rude and deceitful receptionist. Don’t ever go there. Will report to DENTAL AUTHORITIES for Fraudulent practices.

As of today, June 25, 2026 was my first time going to Forney Family Dentist and it was amazing. I received great treatment pictures taken of all of my teeth and cleaning and the thing is is that’s not what I went in there for I’ve been having issues with my implant and two other teeth and I’ve went to several Dentist until I went there today and they solve my problem and I told my husband that’s the dentist office that I will remain going to. They took the time to listen to me and they cared about my mouth and that’s what I needed and one other thing that got my attention when I walked into the facility it was clean the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was very friendly and professional I give Doctor M. Morrison and her staff Five Star 100%. I will definitely be going back.

I would not recommend this dental office. In my experience, there seemed to be a strong focus on identifying problems and recommending the most expensive treatment options. After receiving treatment recommendations here, we sought a second opinion from another local dentist and were told the issues were not nearly as severe as they had been presented to us. There are definitely concerns for unethical practices.
The office is fine for routine cleanings, but I would encourage anyone facing significant or costly treatment recommendations to get a second opinion before moving forward. There were multiple instances where the information we received did not align with the office’s marketing or with what we were later told by another dental professional.
Overall, our experience left us with concerns about the transparency of treatment recommendations and billing practices. I would advise others to proceed cautiously and do their own research before committing to major dental work.

I waited a while before posting a review in hopes that my issue improves. It's been over a year and it still persists. I would describe this place as predatory. I went in for a toothache and left with a slew of procedures that cost over what my benefits would cover and resulted in more dental problems. I take responsibility for not doing my due diligence and getting a 2nd opinion. They outlined my case that sounded so critical and with such urgency which inclined me to agree to just about everything they suggested. I was in such pain that I just want to get it over with rather than search for another dentist that would take my insurance. Also, the practice has different dentists but NOT all of them take the same insurance! I'm left to deal with intermittent dull pain in my mouth, depending on what I ingest. I can't tolerate hot or cold food/drinks. Using a straw somehow helps but the end have to be placed close to the back of my throat to bypass any contact with the teeth. Toothpaste jolts my gums so I have to run warm/hot water on it beforehand. Chewing hard foods is unthinkable. Chips, nuts and even cantaloupe would give me pain than my whole head hurts. Again, I take responsibility for my part but these people know who to target and manipulate. Don't fall prey.

At 33 years old, this was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Not only were they very, very thorough with my cleaning, but the dentist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what dental issues I was having. Some things my previous dentist never explained to me and it made much sense for certain issues I was having. Even the receptionist was helpful and very friendly! I was greeted with big smiles and pleasant conversations!
