The service is ok. The communication isn't that great. I was never notified of when someone would be showing up for maintenance, and sometimes we were not on site. Another downside is repairs had to be done in their shop, and I was also not notified of when they would be picking it up even after asking for an ETA. Overall they are good for regular maintenance.
I called them to repair a Doosan Forklift, and the repair Person came to do the work and they did not Know how to repair the Forklift. after 3 hours of trying to repair it , they just charge me 190 dlls for the diagnose Charge, Just to tell me to look for an other repair provider , cause they did not know How to repair that type of forklift.will Not call them back for any other repairs on the future.I will Suggest you find some other Company to do your repairs.
