Extremely unprofessional, from the hostess to the owner. If I could give them zero stars I would. Extremely dishonest, I would not be surprised when the investigation is over that she gave a close family members identity away (social security) ever since filing with her their social has been used by someone in California. When questioned they run around telling you to wait, make an appointment but are never available.

Zero recommended, I arrived, signed up on a list and they told me that the waiting time was 1:30 to 2 hours, to which they told me that in the meantime I could go eat or do something else and when it was my turn they would call me, 4 hours passed and I dialed to see what had happened to which they replied that they had tried to contact me which was not true, I did not have any missed calls from them and they still call me a liar saying that I had deleted their calls. my phone when I told them I was bringing my phone to show them the call history, at the end of the day they told me that if I wanted to go I had to sign up again on the waiting list when they were the ones who told me to go eat at what was my turn, think carefully before going to them or if you need the contact of someone else, I will gladly give it to you. Don't waste your money or time on these people!!!!!

When you screw up something so basic as someone’s name you probably shouldn’t be doing anyones taxes. And what’s worst is they refused to mend their errors and tried to brush it off. I’d give them no stars if it was possible.
