Susan is the best! When I see the other employee there, I don’t come in—I worry that my clothes will get mixed up or lost.
Last Saturday, I dropped off my clothes, and the employee working looked very confused. Clothes were everywhere—it looked like a bomb had gone off in the store. My clothes were delayed by a day, which wasn’t a big deal, but it was clearly because the employee (not Susan) didn’t know what she was doing.
Besides really good results for the clothes actually been dry cleaned, Tide Cleaners gets five stars because of the customer service. Something about going in and having your name remembered and always a nice attitude. Very consistent and excellent! Keep up the awesome service!
I recently dry cleaned a silk attire about 20 years old and slightly stained to wear for an occasion. Tide cleaners did an amazing job and it looks as good as new. Keep up the good work!!
