I walked in, I guess it's by appt only? I was met by two doe eyed women, who just stared back at me. I ask if they work here and the employee tells me she can't be interrupted. I didn't know anyone's time was so precious you couldn't get a hello, name, and some instruction to call a number or visit a website for more info. Every service job is in the business of customer service; it's lacking at this location. The building and room felt depressing as well. I can't say anything about the particular workout/personal training service provided though nor do I feel like a would want to experience it or refer somewhere there. This is one of the best workouts and it only takes 20 minutes. I have a lot of aches and pains and I really feel like these workouts minimize how much pain I do have. The trainer's are wonderful and I have especially enjoyed having Kent work with me!!
I so enjoyed my Perfect Workout consultation. Thr trainer, Sydney, did an awesome job explaining the Perfect Workout philosophy and making sure I was well informed on how to complete and get the most out of the excercises. I'm very happy I went and am excited to get more involved with Flower Mounds Perfect Workout.
