This is one of the best workouts and it only takes 20 minutes. I have a lot of aches and pains and I really feel like these workouts minimize how much pain I do have. The trainer's are wonderful and I have especially enjoyed having Kent work with me!!
I so enjoyed my Perfect Workout consultation. Thr trainer, Sydney, did an awesome job explaining the Perfect Workout philosophy and making sure I was well informed on how to complete and get the most out of the excercises. I'm very happy I went and am excited to get more involved with Flower Mounds Perfect Workout.
I look forward to working out for the first time in my life now that I've found the Perfect Workout. JaBree and Kent are awesome as my personal trainers. My results are outstanding!
