I had never been to a Sport Clips before but had a great experience today. No wait on a Tuesday afternoon, friendly staff greeted me, Rillo was my stylist who matched my conversational desire and also gave me a great cut. She asked how I wanted my neck line and because I've never cared, I told her whatever looks best. Rather than just rounding or squaring it, she tapered it to look more natural so I didn't have uneven bare spots as my hair grew back. She cared about making sure I was happy while also doing what she thought would be best for me. Shae McCain is a GREAT hair stylist! I didn't just get the hair style that I wanted, I got something even better! On top of that, she cuts hair really fast. It was all done in less than 15 minutes. Great service! 10/10
